Fibre Me Up

We all knew that fibre was healthy but not this healthy! The National Cancer Institute carried out a study on 400,000 people and discovered that fibre in fact is a bit like superman - uhm, awesome. Researchers now consider dietary fibre to be key in fighting off heart disease, cancer and infection. So eat your whole grains, your seeds and your fruit and feel immortal.
That's what I like to do.
