Superfast Vegan Pizza

I made a delicious vegan pizza yesterday which was so easy to make, even an E-number addict could have done it! So give it a go this weekend!

Ingredients for the dough:

5 dl of Wholemeal Flour

2 tbs of Baking Powder

3 dl Oat Milk (or other vegan "milk")

1 dl of Olive Oil

1 pinch of salt

Topping:

Tomato Sauce (make your own or by a fresh organic one)

Silken Tofu (as "cheese")

Mushrooms

Spinach

Olives

Fresh Oregano

Sea salt

Instructions:

Mix the flour, salt and the baking powder, add the water and the olive oil. Work up a dough and keep adding flour so that it eventually turns in into a pizza dough. Roll out the dough. Add the tomato sauce, tofu and the rest of the toppings. Finish off with some fresh oregano and the salt.

Put into the oven (225 degrees) )and bake for 15-18 min. Voila! Guilt-free pizza!
