Lunch Smoothie

This is the perfect summer smoothie for those quick lunches.

1 Banana

1 Avocado

1 Tablespoon of Raw Hemp Protein Powder

Half an orange


Peppermint leaves

Oat milk

Mix in a blender. You get nutritious carbs, protein, omega 3, vitamins and amino acids all in one!
